Time to get ready for the Otakons!

For the first time, er, ever, I'm actually going to have a table at the AA in Otakon! I've worked there for like the last five years as a Staff member, but never did I get to run my own table. Well, NO MORE! So I'll be spending the next month an a half getting prints and other items ready! As per one of the polls I've had recently, there's going to be some "original" art mixed in this time. My goal is to do 4 new fan art pieces and 6 new original pieces. Deciding what to do per fan art is the hardest though. All I know is old-school anime/manga. When I tell people my faves, they look at me like they need to hand me a walker. And maybe they do *sulks*

After Otakon, I'll also have a table at SPX where I'll be selling original comics. Ooo! Fancy!

ALSO! ALSO! Look here for an announcement concerning a webcomic from yours truly coming sometime this... year. LOL. With Otakon and SPX, I'm not sure when it's going to launch-- as I want a backlog of pages ready. There are already a few done, but I want more before the title launches.

First Confessions features the art of *ku-mel (aka Moi :D), *psychoe, ~riotycurls and ~shadychan -- an all female, western, manga collection of love stories. All of us put a lot of hard work into the book, and we are all super proud of it. The book is being sold through Lulu.com, where you can purchase the awesome (and really pretty) paperback version, or just download a PDF of it.

I'm pretty sure I've made the biggest collection of the best fan art works of Avatar the Last Airbender. And one (or more) of your arts is part of it. It would be nice if you could take some time to look throught it, or even favourite it, so you can have it all in one fav.
